My Name Is Jonas was written and recorded by Weezer. The song appears on their self-titled debut album Weezer released in 1994.

The song consists mostly of a long line of hammer-ons interrupted by multiple series of highly distorted chords. Because of Guitar Hero III's very lenient hammer-on detection, it is very easy to full combo this song. However, later on in the song, stray strum notes appear in the hammer-on lines, so one must be on their guard.
