Sonic Adventure 2 was released in June of 2001 in both the US and Japan for the SEGA Dreamcast. The game
was part of Sonic's 10 Anniversary, and also had a limited edition release, which included a 10th anniversary
booklet, soundtrack, and limited edition gold coin.

In the game, Dr. Eggman broke into the G.U.N (Global United Nations) headquarters, searching for one of his
Grandfather's experiments, a military weapon called "Shadow" Eggman was shocked to find out that Shadow was actually
a goth emo furry who looked nothing like Sonic, (but for some reason everyone mistook him for Sonic, and Sonic was
arrested for Shadow's crimes, such as robbing a Chaos Emerald from the bank.) Stalker Amy Rose and annoying twit Tails
showed up to rescue Sonic from jail.

Also, there was a ugly deformed bat with giant jiggling boobs who hated Knuckles, but secretly wanted to bone him.

The game featured a fully-3D Green Hill Zone (if you got all A-rank) and like the original, downloadable content, such
as Christmas/Halloween costumes in 2-player mode, The return of EggRobo from Sonic & Knuckles in Kart Racing mode, and
character themes for the menu screens.

The title was re-released for Nintendo Gamecube as "Sonic Adventure 2: Battle" and was met with average reviews.
It quickly became one of the biggest selling titles on the Gamecube, and ushered in a whole new generation of irritating
Sonic fans onto the interwebs.
