Coldflame is the current name for the site neglectively maintained by H Hog, as well as the "business name" he uses to release projects such as fangames under.

History

The site started out early 1999, under the name H Hog's Zone, hosted on the free Xoom website.
An optimistic attempt at creating a fairly popular site, H Hog's idea was to create a site with maximum fan input, planning to incorporate fan art, fiction, and other media - such as hoaxes; the latter of which eventually turned out to be the most updated aspect of the site. Later on, it also served as a collection of every known Sonic-related ROM there was to be found, even having the Sonic Arcade beta up at the time.
Likely because of the ROMs, eventually the site got booted off of Xoom, and several free site hosting attempts later, H Hog's Zone found a new place hosted under AJ Freda's SSNTails.org, formerly known as SegaSonic.net. Dropping the ROMS page for AJ's sake, the website served little more further use besides a meager hoax collection, and basically being a place for H Hog to store his pictures on.
Eventually the site got pulled from there as well, leading a nomad-esque existance through FPForums.net (Focal Point Forums, then hosted by SuitCase), Sepwich.com and Echidnoyle.org (a domain Eric maintained for his then-girlfriend Sarah), changing its name to Coldflame along the way, until finally settling down on Doorsclosing.com, Eric's current site.
H Hog has never owned a domain that belongs entirely to himself, and his website's existence has always depended on the charity of others.

Today

Coldflame remains to this day a relatively obscure and small website, almost entirely stripped from its Sonic-related content - instead, H Hog uses his site mainly to showcase his comics, drawn and written art, and basically just linking to the sites he likes to plug, all the while promising there'll be something substantial "soon".
