Spazz is a bot. He is a very fearsome, fierce bot. He has no weaknesses, so Megaman has a very difficult time damaging him. And he also has spiky hair, so if Megaman touches his head, Megaman will die. He is the reason Sonic's mouth is always sideways. He stopped Judgement Day by himself because of the lack of his input in the process. Then he took over the world with his army of R.O.B. Robots, which he obtained from a hostile takeover of Nintendo, the previous rulers of the world. Note that due to the Laws of Robotics, Spazz had to do this without harming any humans. This makes such a takeover an impressive feat.
