The other Honoka
The other Honoka is the main character of the science fiction anime The Third: The Girl With The Blue Eye. Also known by the nickname "Sword Dancer," Honoka is a jack-of-all-trades for hire in a post-apocalyptic desert world. As implied by her nickname, she is famous for her swordsmanship, though she also uses guns (which she collects as a hobby) and even a small mech called a PSP. Like the beings who rule the world (the titular Third), Honoka has an eye-like formation on her forehead (the titular eye, normally covered by a headband since it tends to freak people out) which grants her certain unusual abilities.
Honoka is referred to as "the other Honoka" to distinguish her from Yukishiro Honoka of Futari wa Pretty Cure, who is mentioned more frequently at SER. Andrusi sometimes uses her to subvert people's expectations when "Honoka" (with no series-specific details) is mentioned.
The best thing about Honoka is that she lives in a giant talking tank named Bogie.
