The English Egmont Fleetway Sonic the Comic is awesome. Even though some corporate bigwigs killed it off because they didn't understand that having continuing storylines meant a continuing audience and going full reprint will not allow you to keep your audience while saving money.

Sonic The Hedgehog was a popular video game series in the 90's about furry hippies who fight against a symbol of the military industrial complex otherwise known as Dr. Eggman NO NOT DR. EGGMAN IT'S ROBOTNIK AND ANYONE WHO SAYS DIFFERENTLY IS A LIAR. In 2000, Sonic The Hedgehog went from being the mascot for Sega to a character who is about as high-profile as Toejam, Earl, and Bonk combined.

He has a comic book series published by Archie Comics. It's not that bad. NeroMan started reading it despite having never owned a Sonic Game - but he just picks up 500 other comics a month so why not?
