Cornelius Fatcox is a hero to all the Internets for their role in the banning of Hol Tiger from The Moogle Cavern in 2006. Although Fatcox did not ban Hol directly, he or she was able to trick Hol into believing that he or she was Kusock, and convinced Hol to post a topic on MoogleMB Proboards telling the other members that Kulock would report anyone being mean to Hol to their Internet Service Provider. The real Kulock responded to the topic a scant three minutes later with the now-famous lines: "Automatic ban. I never said any such thing."
Identity
Fatcox's identity is completely unknown. Fatcox may even be a consortium rather than an individual. Fatcox once told Squishdiboo that he or she was Pixel, but later denied being Pixel. Pixel later said that he was originally Fatcox, but relinquished the account to someone else. Fatcox has also claimed to be SuitCase. However, Fatcox has not divulged any personal information, such as age or gender.
Fatcox has neither joined The Moogle Cavern nor Sonic Eats Rings, but has interacted with members of the community through AOL Instant Messenger. Nevertheless, the possibility exists that Fatcox is a pseudonym for a member of the community, current or past, who wanted Hol banned. Many members were pleased when Hol was banned, including a few moderators, and many users had lobbied Kulock to ban Hol earlier.[citation needed]
Many members have been accused or suspected of being Fatcox, including Alicia Retban, Domokun, Squiggles the Chao, Jamie Lee, Squishdiboo, and Notebook. Fatcox has mentioned community members by name and inferred that he or she is a member of the community. However, it is possible that Fatcox is not a member of the community, and is trying to get some lulz out of annoying Hol and turning the community against itself.
Cornelius Fatcox Rides Again
In early 2008, Fatcox resurfaced and began pestering Hol again. Fatcox claimed to be part of a vast SER movement to force peace between two bickering factions of SER members. Although Hol did not believe what Fatcox said this time, he posted the logs of his conversations on the board. This sparked new debate about the identity of Fatcox and provided some really stupid Hol quotes. After one of these conversations, Hol permanently blocked Fatcox, presumably ending the legend of Fatcox forever.
The Fatcox
Because of the mystery surrounding Fatcox, he or she is occasionally referred to as "the Fatcox," a reference to Wikipedia: The Force. After Pixel claimed to be the original Fatcox, Squiggles put forward the hypothesis that the Fatcox is like the power of the Wikipedia: Death Note in that it passes from one person to another.
