TSSZ (The Super Sonic Zone though its not reffered to as such anymore) was/is a news website with focus on Sonic the Hedgehog that was created and continued by Tristan Bresnen.
At its height, TSSZ provided rapid fire, quickly updating news that nailed every thing that was going on in the world of Sonic and his fandom, along with more general news too. It also provided Seven, a web audio broadcast on news and topics started by Tristan long before podcasting became popular. It had other features too, such as a the BOSS episodes where Tristan interacted with the Sonic characters in a way that was actually really funny and well written, in contrast to 99% of the fanfictionesque stuff out there.
The was respected a lot in the Sonic community and was involved in presenting website awards, hence the infamous "Cue-lock" slip up by Tristan on an audio broadcast (Yes, the Moogle Cavern did have enough of a website to win awards at one point).
Unfortunately, for various reasons, Tristan had to close the website down. Since then, he's brought the website back for periods of time, and currently the message on his website states that he'll be bringing it back on March 2008 with the tag line "trying to get it right this time".
Tristan himself has posted every so often in the Moogle Cavern and SER boards under the username TSSZnews.
