Amy Rose is a character from the [[Sonic the Hedgehog]] videogame series. A pink hedgehog who is always trying<br> 
to win over her hero Sonic, who is completely terrified of her and her constant advances. She first appeared when<br>
she was kidnapped in 1993's Sonic CD by Dr. Eggman and Metal Sonic. When Sonic rescued her, she was immediately<br>
smitten with him. In the 90's, Amy Rose did not appear often in Sonic games. She has only appeared in spinoff titles,<br> 
such as Sonic the Fighters, Sonic Drift, and a few games on the SEGA Pico. She became more popular in 1999's Sonic<br>
Adventure, where she was a playable character, and has since appeared in many other titles, such as [[Sonic Shuffle]],<br> 
[[Sonic Adventure 2]], [[Sonic Heroes]] [[Sonic Unleashed]], among many other titles. She also appeared in the anime series, 
[[Sonic X]].<br>
