This is the ancient Moogle Cavern background gif that has been with us always. Originally made by Kulock (???), it is currently used by one of the themes for the Sonic Eats Rings message board.
Much to the chagrin of Kulock himself who has grown to hate it, it nevertheless tends to pop up a lot in community related places, such as the MCRPG.
