Power Rangers

Power Rangers was a show on Fox Kids combining Japanese Footage with American Stories that has spawned several seasons (the series which started in the early nineties is only now coming to a close) and more relevant to SER, a fad.

The fad was started by user Hol Tiger who changed his name to "Hol Tiger IN SPACE!" and decked his profile out with themes from the sixth season of Power Rangers which was a space drama themed after a show about video games which ironically had nothing to do with space unlike its American counter part. The sixth season entitled "Power Rangers:IN SPACE!" was a major turning point for the series, which had been reviewed by Linkara much to Hol's interest, involving the team looking for Zordon who had been captured by villians.

The fad involves users claiming that they are posting from Outer Space, although 4 users, Hol Tiger, Fadflamer, Nyxen, and Vexiss took it to a further extreme and became the actual power rangers who have been looking for Zordon whilst posting on SER. Hol has made a backstory to it and will probably make a shitty sprite based comic that gets canceled after he fails to be funny, again.

The REAL Power Rangers:In Space

The story goes that Hol decided to look for Zordon for reasons completely unknown to SER as the Blue Ranger (Sprites themed off of Hol show him with a blue shirt) with another user named Evan who served as the green ranger. Hol used this story at first to explain why he and Evan hadn't been on the site for so long, but when he saw that Evan wasn't back he claimed that he ate him after he died in a drilling accident. Hol recruited Vexiss to replace Evan before he went into space again, but somehow Nyxen got roped in as the Pink Ranger. One day they will find Zordon to restore peace to SER. Fadflamer has recently became the yellow ranger and I'm sure his knowledge of mathematics will prove invaluable.

Due to Hol's laptop being destroyed, by Lord Zedd he is unable to lead the Power Rangers until it is repaired because that's where the morpher for his coin is kept, that and his CD containing "Vampire:The Masquerade Bloodlines" which totally blows despite what they say, or maybe it doesn't as the laptop is busted rendering the game unplayable. The Blue Power coin in order to prevent Microsoft Divatox from laying her dirty hands on it, it has been entrusted to the Blue-Green Ranger Vexiss who was instructed to recruit new rangers to help the shorthanded Vexiss and Nyxen, possible candidates include everyone except for Blues, Hol using a friend's computer has been able to leave the team, making him the leader and this whole category, entirely moot. Additionally he got the yellow ranger Fadflamer You can pretty much disregard this as Hol's back and still cannot find a way to contact Matrixx for his Horror In Space themed Rangers Comic.... Future Of The Rangers

Hol is making a comic based on the Rangers, but time will tell if it gets published as he needs H Hog and Matrixx to approve the use of The Horror sprites, which are of course, the only sprites Hol is capable of using EVER.
