Ah, ol' hybridsonick.gif SoNick created this ages ago, by intensely studying a moogle sprite from Final Fantasy VI and then applying his knowledge to a sprite of Sonic from Sonic 3.
Notice that the thin bit connecting the head-deallybopper-thing to the head stops at the wrong spot; this is because SoNick had both forward-facing and backwards-facing versions of the sprite, and copy-pasted everything above the top spike after finishing the backwards-facing version.
